小發(fā)夾RNA(英語:short hairpin RNA,縮寫shRNA)是一種形成急轉(zhuǎn)彎(hairpin turn)結(jié)構(gòu)的RNA序列,可以經(jīng)由RNA干擾(RNAi)使基因表現(xiàn)沉默化。shRNA可利用載體導(dǎo)入細(xì)胞當(dāng)中,并借由U6啟動子來確保shRNA的表現(xiàn)。另外,shRNA可經(jīng)由切割轉(zhuǎn)變成為siRNA
